  • The Timeshare Scare

Owning timeshares come with fees. Apart from the up front costs that timeshare owners pay, they also have the maintenance fees and other fees that they pay every year. This is what timeshare owners agreed to pay when they signed the contract. However, at this time of crisis, a pending increase in the fees is foreseen. And because that is happening in the near future, some people are starting to plan out on how they can get rid of their timeshares.

Timeshare Relief Timeshare owners should prepare for additional fees that would be charged to them very soon. Special Assessment fees are the fees that timeshare developers would be charging their owners. This is where they are hoping to get revenues and this is allowed as stated in the contract that developers may be allowed to charge owners special assessment fees for repairs and other circumstances that affect the timeshare resort.

Reports have been showing that an additional $500-$3000 may be doled out. These amounts are too high for people to afford at this time of economic crisis. With the prices of basic commodities rising and sources of income going down, paying additional fees for the timeshare that you have may not be a practical thing to do right now.

People are now seeking help on how they can get away with the possible increase of payments in their timeshare. They are seeking from companies who offer timeshare relief for them to have the freedom from the payments that timeshare companies are charging them.
